About the Role
For our Mechatronics division in Shtip, we are looking for Quality Engineer who will follow the rules and principles of Quality while reporting directly to the Molding department, ensuring alignment with both quality objectives and molding-specific priorities.
CONTROLLER QUALITY ENGINEER IN MOLDING DEPARTMENT
Your Responsibilities:
- Problem-Solving: Lead problem-solving activities for non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions and preventive measures are in place
- Program Ownership: Oversee products and processes from launch through PPAP and program closure
- Maintain documentation and records as required by customers, the company, and governmental regulations
- Team Training: Train operations team members in quality disciplines as needed
- Develop, modify, improve, and troubleshoot processes associated with molding
- Audit Participation: Assist in quality system audits with customers and external auditors
Who we are looking for.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field
- At least 3 years’ experience in quality, preferably in a automotive industry
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of Quality systems and specifications is required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems
- Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers
Your preferred qualifications
- Working knowledge of quality systems and procedures
- Sound computer skills, including knowledge of software in current use
- Result oriented, convincing, pro-active and “can do” mentality
