WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Job SUMMARY:The Warehouse Associate is responsible for various tasks related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of products within the warehouse. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and verify quantities against packing slips.
• Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory storage, ensuring all items are stored in their designated locations and properly labeled.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately, preparing them for shipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Shipping: Prepare shipping documents, label packages, and load goods onto trucks for delivery.
• Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move heavy items and manage inventory. Certified Forklift Operator Training.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards before they are shipped out.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification may be required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Living close to the workplace (Rosoman) is a plus.​​
