- Bachelor’s Degree plus min to three (3) years directly related experience in production planning, scheduling, and logistics within the automotive or a related industry. Must have supervisory, administrative, management skills and abilities. Possess a high degree of maturity and integrity while conducting all production activities in a team-oriented environment.
1.Responsible for preparation of Production plan for multiple lines and products based on the customer demands.
2. Responsible for communication with the buyers of raw material
3. Responsible for communication with manufacturing team.
4. Responsible for planning production and validation runs for all new (launch) projects in communication with Launch Team in the plant.
5. Responsible for processing customers´ order in information system, checking its plausibility on volume and delivery date, confirms orders at customer
6. Communicates and cooperates with customers
7. Creates production plans precisely and in-time
8. Responsible for planning based on capacity of each production line, follows-up alignment of real production to the plan
9. Follow-up on finished goods stock based on agreed safety stock level, suggests update where necessary
10. Suggests where an inventory level optimization is possible.
11. Responsible for in-time finished goods shipments to customers
12. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
