The factory is located in the Technological Industrial Development Zone - Skopje 1, Bunardzik/Ilinden, and for the needs of its operation we need the following position:
Logistics Specialist
Conditions:
- Associate degree, or bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Experience with ERP management software.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and proficient in time management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in Turkish language is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
Job Description:
- Preparing and monitoring shipping schedules.
- Preparing shipping documents (delivery notes, invoices, etc.).
- Resolving and reporting potential issues in the shipping process.
- Organizing vehicles, routes, and delivery processes.
- Coordinating with logistics and transportation companies.
- Supporting warehouse and inventory management processes.
- Ensuring customer requests are met accurately and on time.
- Adhering to legal regulations and company policies.
