- We are looking for dedicated and energetic Online English Teachers to teach 1-on-1 English lessons to Chinese students aged 6 to 18. Classes are 25 minutes long, and all teaching materials are already provided—teachers do not need to create lessons themselves. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, but punctuality and maintaining a high-energy teaching approach are key. Peak teaching hours are from 17:00-22:00 Beijing Time (BJT).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1-on-1, 25-minute virtual English lessons using pre-prepared teaching materials.
- Deliver lessons with enthusiasm and energy to keep students engaged.
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
- Start and end lessons punctually, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment for each student’s unique needs.
Other conditions:
- ESL teaching certification TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent. (If you don't have one we will help you get it)
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to teach during peak hours (17:00-22:00 BJT) with flexibility.
- Reliable computer or laptop, camera, internet connection, and a headset with a microphone.
- Punctuality and an engaging, dynamic teaching style.
Salary: 7$ per hour (3.5$ per 25min class)
Work Experience: Work experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
