About the Client
Our client is a premium USA based financial services firm providing tailored financial forecasting and strategic insights. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will manage and maintain customer retention, onboarding and general account management for the firm.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be a go getter who speaks fluent English, is well-presented and well organised and mannered. They can handle themselves independently with keeping clients informed, happy and onboarded correctly. Specifically, you will:
- Customer Success: Build strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction, proactively addressing issues and minimizing churn.
- Proposal Admin and Delivery: Answer client questions, provide clear information, and coordinate proposals with internal teams.
- Client Onboarding: Manage onboarding schedules, guide new clients through the process, and resolve issues quickly.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize client meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Value Delivery: Ensure clients see the value in services, monitor engagement, and identify opportunities to upsell. Conduct annual satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve.
- Client Appreciation: Organize appreciation events and manage branded swag distribution.
- Client Communications: Deliver newsletters and updates to keep clients informed about services and industry trends.
- Press and Updates: Consider press releases or news updates to highlight company achievements or collaborations.
- Content Marketing Support: Work with marketing to create customer success stories and highlight client achievements.
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Fluent English comprehension - C2
- Strong computer, CRM and spreadsheet skills
