Marketing trade specialist (regional position)

• University degree
• Sales experience in cosmetic, oral health care, pharmaceutical or consumer goods (FMSG) company would be considered as an advantage
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• PC competency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Outlook, Word.)
• Clean driving license (B category)

• Sales and budget targets responsibilities, distribution, visibility and promo KPIs – supporting local CDM

• Distributor Management, Performance Evaluation and Analysis:
• Align together with CDM on appropriate KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and drive/monitor execution of their performance
• Recommend and oversee distributors activities in the market, including development of distribution, display and promotional strategy
• Marketing budget monitoring on quarter and yearly level
• Cooperate and align with Brand Activation team on the key activities to be executed in the market. Secure execution of all activations as per agreed calendar and tiering
• Monitorization of overall trade execution and consumer promotions in the market, including budget
• Maintaining/Tracking all invoice records, invoice follow-up and mismatch solving via Lynx
• Quarterly and Yearly budget reconciliation
• Marketing co-ordination/secure local compliance and translation of centrally developed English Master Texts: · Adaptation of all promotional materials for trade/customer promotions, in line with agreed guidelines and assisting in monitoring production deadlines for local POSM
• Work with any KOL, influencers and marketing agencies organizing HCP’s events using third part agency
