Job descriptions - Track and Trace (after hours)
Working shifts 2:
6am - 2pm
11pm - 6am
TRACK AND TRACE (after hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicates daily with Customers, Drivers, and Steamship terminals
- Personnel, and internal service representatives, coordinating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
Requirements:
- Experience in the industry and the US market
- Excellent English-speaking skills (writing, speaking, listening)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products (Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hours of operation service (HOS)
- Knowledge of Service Maintenance
