Deputy Team Leader - Retail

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Team Leader in overseeing the daily operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, and product displays to maintain a smooth shopping experience
- Ensure all sales targets and KPIs are met
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support with staff training and ensure adherence to store procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure growth and improvement

- Proven experience in retail, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus
