MARKETING MANAGER
Role Description:
Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Compiles and executes the marketing calendar
- Creates and executes the Brand strategy following the Franchisor's instructions
- Manages cooperative relations with media agencies
- Manages the relationship with the existing marketing agency, further cooperating in the development of the Brand
- Forecasts sales targets
- Plans and implements marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Does local marketing
- Monitors work through KPI
- Works based on SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Creates and executes the Brand's PR strategy following Brand's guidelines
- Implements and respects all applicable rules, laws, and directives in the Republic of North Macedonia
Who are we looking for?
You will be a Manager with the opportunity to grow within the company and being such you must have the will to constantly support the people you work with by leading them with your heart towards the company's vision. As a Marketing Manager you will report to the Managing Director and have a key role in the development of the company.
This position also requires:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business or similar fields
- At least 2 years of work experience in a managerial position in Marketing or related to the said position
- Excellent strategic, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent empathic and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills, to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Advanced working knowledge of basic computer programs, such as MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of the English language and driving license of category B
