Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
Dynamics 365 Application Development:
- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications according to business requirements.
- Implement solutions throughout the entire Dynamics CRM lifecycle, from initial configuration to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Customize forms, entities, views, workflows, plugins, and processes to meet user needs.
- Apply knowledge of X++ programming for complex customizations and integrations.
Technology Integration & Configuration:
- Design and implement integrations with other systems using MS SQL, C# .NET, JavaScript, and MS CRM SDK.
- Manage and develop Azure DevOps pipelines for automated build and release processes.
- Configure and maintain workflows, plugins, and system customizations within the Dynamics 365 environment.
Development and Coding:
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using C#, JavaScript, and other technologies in the Microsoft stack.
- Customize and configure solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Portal.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues, providing robust solutions that align with business needs.
Administration & Support:
- Provide CRM administration support, ensuring the platform is running smoothly and user permissions are properly set.
- Handle day-to-day support issues and act as a key resource in resolving system performance issues.
- Work with users to understand their requirements and ensure CRM solutions meet their needs.
Problem Solving & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and implement effective solutions.
- Take initiative in exploring new features and out-of-the-box solutions for business needs.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure high-quality development and solutions through thorough testing and quality processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve the quality of deliverables.
- Oversee coding, testing, and integration activities to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Collaboration & Tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TFS, and Visual Studio for task management, version control, and team collaboration.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Applications: Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, including customizations, configurations, and integrations.
- Experience in Full-Cycle CRM Implementations: Proven track record of working through all stages of Dynamics CRM projects, including design, implementation, deployment, and support.
- X++ Object-Oriented Programming: Strong knowledge and experience in using X++ to develop custom solutions.
- Hands-on with JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, C# .NET: Experience in using these technologies to customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications.
- Dynamics 365 Administration: Experience in CRM administration, managing workflows, form customizations, and plugin configurations.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve complex technical issues with innovative solutions.
- Understanding of Azure DevOps: Familiarity with setting up, maintaining, and using Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Power Platform, and Azure Portal: Practical knowledge of project management tools and related Microsoft technologies.
- Business Requirements Understanding: Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Solution-Driven: Focused on finding solutions that meet the needs of the business while ensuring optimal system performance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and documentation skills to ensure that all aspects of the project are clearly defined and aligned with business goals.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Agile Development: Familiarity with Agile methodology and participation in Scrum or Kanban processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio: Proficiency in using Visual Studio for application development and debugging.
- Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate: Experience with low-code platforms to enhance business process automation.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated and Proactive: Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving complex problems.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a focus on working together to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Adaptable and Flexible: Willingness to adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes as the business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 development and CRM implementations.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus.
