Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
FMEA MODERATOR
Your Responsibilities:
- Autonomous planning, implementation, and moderations of project based PFC / PFMEAs with support of cross functional team;
- Compliance with predefined methods and ensure the formal validity of the PFMEAs;
- Ensuring consistency between product and process PFMEAs;
- Securing the PFMEA interface to the customer and supplier;
- Moderate characteristic classification;
- Moderate PFMEAs for all product types;
- Feedback of lessons learned from 8D during FMEAs;
- Creation and moderating reverse PFMEA ;
- Creation and distribution of PFMEA evaluations;
- Monitoring progress of PFMEA projects;
- Monitoring CRR process and follow up the CRR open actions;
- Training of PFMEA methodology and software;
- Documentation, release, and archiving PFMEAs.
Who are we looking for:
- University graduate (technical field);
- Min. 2 years experience within Quality in Automotive company;
- Good English communication skills.
Your preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16 949, VDA6.3, AIAG core tools, 5S, Problem solving.
- Knowledge of quality tools (8D, SPC, FMEA) ;
- Proactivity, good communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
